Maple Donates 50,000 Yen to Japanese Earthquake Victims
50,000 Yen donated to Japanese earthquake victims after the disaster.

An earthquake with an 8.9 magnitude rocked Japan to its core on Friday the 11th of March, 2011. The tremors from the earthquake awakened the waters of the Pacific Ocean, unleashing the fury of the 23-foot high tsunami over the already traumatized land. The devastating earthquake occurred near Honshu on the eastern coast of Japan, and the tsunami that followed in its wake ravaged the terrain, leaving nothing of the once proud land, below the mass of the waters.
Japan came to a standstill on the morning of the 11th in the wake of the earthquake, and they stood by terror-stricken as the arms of the waves reached around their country and stretched across the surface of the planet. Life-saving evacuations were needed as far afield as Chile. The devastation that Mother Nature has unleashed has wreaked havoc across the globe.
Charlotte Jackson, Casino Manager at the Canadian-themed Online Casino, expressed the shock and condolences of employees at the casino. "When we heard that Japan had been struck by an earthquake, we did not expect this to be followed by a second disaster, namely the tsunami. We have donated 50,000 to assist with relief efforts and we extend a challenge to other organizations to make a contribution to assist the victims who are struggling in these heartbreaking times."
