As Security Manager of Bally's Casino Hotel and Resort, as well as throughout his brilliant professional career, Jose has routinely demonstrated the vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be considered among the best.
Mr. Gotay is responsible for overseeing the staff of security officers which consists of 30 Officers and 2 Supervisors. He manages silent drills and implements crisis management emergency procedures. Jose is responsible for the overall protection of people at the Bally's Casino Hotel and Resort. During his collegiate career, he earned an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice and he is currently working towards a Bachelor's degree in Security Management.
